“Ordered flowers on 3rd. March for delivery on 4th March and was charged an extra £2 pounds for 1st. Class postage by Royal Mail.. However, the flowers have still not been delivered today, Monday 8th. March. As they were meant for a 50th. wedding anniversary of a couple on 4th. March, they are now meaningless to us. I’ve written to the company asking for a refund and will definitely discourage others from using it in the future.”
