“As these flowers were sent as a birthday present to a blind lady it was imperative that they were scented, and I was assured by the assistant that this would be the case. The name of the bouquet ....heaven scent......seemed to bear this out. I have since spoken to the recipient who assures me that the flowers were NOT scented. Also, there was supposed to a card with birthday greetings attached.....there was NOT. All in all a total waste of money”

“Hopeless.. Mainly because they use Yodel for deliveries... THE worst delivery company ever. When the flowers eventually arrived they were half dead and wreaking of tobacco smoke.. UPDATE - from 1 to 4 They have tried hard to sort things out. As and when they move away from Yodel then it will be a 5....”
