“Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. Paid extra to have them delivered on her birthday itself. Flowers didn't arrive until the day after her birthday (had to rush out and buy an extra present so I had something to give her on the day). They refunded the extra delivery charge but other than that their attitude seems to be that the flowers arrived eventually so what am I complaining about? The year before they sent the wrong flowers. Unlikely to use them again.”
