“When I ordered the flowers for a friend's special birthday, your website said that I would be getting a confirmation email "shortly". Well that never arrived so I was left wondering if the flowers would be delivered, even though my payment went through. Consequently I had to phone my friend to ask whether she had received the flowers. Fortunately she did, but it would have been nice to have had my order acknowledged.”
