“Ordered for delivery 20th Sept, got phone call to say due to Queens funeral could I change date, which I fully understood, so asked for the Friday 16th, but YODEL had back logged of deliveries so couldn't deliver then, so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed as now havent a present for my 92 year old friend. Been using flowers by post for years, not their fault but YODELS.”
