“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong flowers, I was advised that the ones I ordered were out of stock so I was sent a replacement. As lovely as the ones were that was delivered, I was still very disappointed as they were for a special memory and not the colour I had chosen. I was given 15% back on my order, It would of been more acceptable to of received the full refund of £31 and a delivery of the flowers I had actually ordered.”
