“The processing system appears to be under severe strain. Card payment system not working, so was forced onto busy phone lines to pay so that the order could’ve shipped that day. And in so doing “blank” in the title box, with flowers which were obviously [from her name] for a lady, was converted to “Mr” When I raised concerns I was offered discount off a future order, and had to go back again to get a partial refund. It’s probably 3 years since last ordered from this company - a good previous service seems to have gone badly awry”
