“Usually they are the best but last time, somebody changed the date of my wife's aunts delivery, spoiling her big 92 birthday, the flowers did arrive at a later date. At that age, I'm sure you can understand the hurt it caused as Ruby [the aunt] thought we had forgotten her big day. Hopefully, the Xmas flowers arrived on time. It would help if you could be bothered to send a short text when the flowers are sent.”
