“Although the flowers were excellent the wording I requested was not enclosed, there was only a plain card advertising your company. This caused 2 problems 1) I was left worrying that the flowers hadn't been received, possibly lost in the post or delivered to the wrong address etc and 2) my friend had no idea who to thank. Eventually I had to phone to see if the flowers had been received causing great embarrassment to us both.”
