“I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy extended on my business meeting at FLR Group, from a warm welcome at reception and the immediate offer of refreshments to the business suite facilities provided for our meeting .Heidi was very informed about the project and went over it in meticulous detail to ensure the contract would run smoothly on site, she explored all colour options available on behalf of her client in order to maximise their customer's choice. All in all they are very professional and nice people to do business with.”

“From signing in your receptionist was very polite and looked after me very well especially the welcome cup of coffee. My meeting with Dave Harris was conducted in the usual friendly and professional manner. I look forward to my next visit COYS”

“FLR replaced our entire office carpeting (approx. 750m square) autumn 2016, and replaced some anti slip flooring too. Everyone said how professional and quick the fitters were and we were amazed at the lack of disruption as they worked around us. All furniture was moved and replaced with a minimum of fuss and the carpet looks great. Good service at a good price, thank you!”

“Considering using Amtico for home refurb. Very helpful lady supplied brochures and cost indications. However it will be more economic to use engineered wood or laminate.”

“from initial contact to completion of my new hallway floor, FLR have been exceptional, always helpful, always consulting on how I wanted the floor laid out etc and the fitter was cheerful and friendly throughout the 3 days it took.”

“I visited the FLR Group recently with Altro Ltd, We were kindly greeted at reception to sign in and shown to the office where our meeting was taking place. The show room was really modern as well as the whole building and everyone took the time to say hello and was really friendly. Our meeting room was provided with drinks/refreshments and we were offered lunch but had already brought our own. Would just like to say thanks for your hospitality and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.”

“I came to visit flr group in January. And found the place lovely and fresh. I fell in love with antico. The receptionist and Adam were extremely polite and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be returning for a quotation in July.”

“After myself and my wife visited the showroom in Feb. we had no hesitation in arranging for a home visit. We were allowed to take plenty of samples to help us choose. Adam called at our property and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went back and chose our flooring with good advice from Adam. At this point everything was going great and we were really happy. Kitchen was fitted and we had finally picked the floor. I have to say we had looked at a lot of other flooring companies however, there was no comparison to the professionalism shown and FLR Group were competitive price wise too. We were sure we had finally picked the right company. Dave the fitter turned up as agreed on time and after a quick chat on what had to be done got straight into it. I must say part of the old vinyl floor in utility had to be taken up as we had got the kitchen area up ourselves. I think other companies were put off by this and just wanted to cover over it and lay Amtico click or similar and avoid any hard work!(I wish I had gone to Adam before as I'm sure they would have got old floor up a lot quicker and easier than we had). Dave did an excellent job in preparing the floor and even called back later in the afternoon to check everything was ok. Dave came next day with another fitter called Mark and between them laid the floor to an excellent standard. Anything we asked them to do was done without a fuss. To say we are happy with the floor is an understatement it finishes the kitchen off. Would just like to thank you all and would highly recommend your company. Keep up the good work! I finally have peace in my house. thank you so much”
