“I had a very professional service from FLR. I have had 2 large projects done at my house and on both occasions have used FLR to fit my carpets and Amtico flooring. Cannot fault them. Exceed my expectations every time. The fitters are punctual and courteous and respect your time schedule. Would recommend FLR every time. Dr Jheeta.”

“We have visited the FLR showroom twice in the last week looking for a kitchen floor for our daughters flat. The staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgable showing us a good variety of options and prices. We feel confident that as the order progresses we will benefit from personal attention to get the right job done for us.”

“I found using FLR a pleasure very professional and friendly. From helping me choose the carpet to arranging a convenient day to take up my old carpet and lay the new. The gentleman that came to fit the carpets were wonderful. They were really warm and friendly and did a very good job. My new carpet looks and feels wonderful and it has transformed the look of my house. I cannot praise or thank FLR enough for doing such a great job. I would very happily recommend FLR to anyone. No matter what your budget they can help. Love love love my new carpet. Sean hardiman”

“FLR group are the most professional flooring contractor in the west midlands . There facility in monkspath takes flooring to another level using technology and experience , from the retail of amtico , brintons and lifestyle to the commercial interface , milliken , cfs and altro . they have a large and experienced team to deal with any flooring aspect , fully recommend a visit .”

“On my few visits to the FLR Group offices in the last 12months, I have found them to be very friendly and helpful and all the staff go out of there way to speak to you no matter how busy they are, they have always been professional with all dealings I have had with the company and work in partnership with our company rather than customer”

“I made several visits to FLR in Solihull while deciding about flooring for my kitchen and bathroom. Anyone interested in a quality floor product needs to call into their showroom and speak with their very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I received first class advice on the different range and styles of the Amtico flooring I was interested in without any 'hard sell' or pressure to commit. An excellent facility with great staff.”

“After visiting another chain carpet store before coming in, the standard at FLR was a lot higher. It was easy to find the showroom & very welcoming receptionist. I was really impressed with Adam, who took the time to get to know me and to understand what I wanted. I explained that I was working with a budget and he worked to fit with that whilst still providing first class customer service.”

“An extremely professional service made very simple. The quality of the showroom is outstanding and the quality of the team is matched. They were knowledgeable and very competitive about flooring products, blew the competition out of the water really. Then onto the fitting service. Once again the guys that did the fitting were well trained, speedy and tidy. They were also genuinely concerned to make sure that we were happy. Top marks all round, Thank you.”

“FLR Group fitted the carpet in my parent's flat and the whole experience was fantastic. From the moment that they were shown around the showroom. They were given really open and honest advice on the type and style of carpet to choose and were kept constantly informed and updated on the progress of the order. There was a need to co-ordinate the fitting of the carpet with decorating of the room and delivery of a new sofa and FLR accommodated this with no problem and responded brilliantly to a few changes and moving of fitting dates. Once the guys came to fit the carpet it was a hassle free and pleasant experience with minimum disruption and the fitters even offered to help move the furniture back into the room once they had finished. Overall it was a fantastic service from start to finish and I can't recommend FLR Group highly enough.”

“Hi David Thank you so much for the pleasant surprise getting the flooring done so quickly. The students and staff love the dining and common room area which they are now staying as it is now so cosy. The guys that done the floor was great and went that extra mile by fitting piece of carpet at the door to stop the mess coming on the floor. They were great with the students as they were all asking them questions about what they were doing. Please say a big thank you to them from us all at CVC.”
