“Excellent experience purchasing flooring from FLR Group. They were prompt in forwarding their quote, which was very competitive amongst all the other quotes I received for a large order of Amtico flooring for my (domestic) project. I received good advice during my purchase (by both phone & email) and was kept fully updated on the status of my order and delivery arrangements. I have since recommended them to friends.”

“The service I received when recently having my hall, stairs and landing fitted was excellent. The fitters were very professional and the work was done promptly and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending FLR in the future.”

“The Service was impeccable, we didn't know what we really wanted or really what we were looking for and this was made so much easier because FLR steered us in the right direction, and the end result has the WOW!! factor definitely, we are an Art Gallery with 2 floors and FLR helped us achieve 2 different looks for each level with the flooring, upstairs edgy and downstairs cool and contemporary. :0)”

“Our new flooring looks fabulous. FLR Group delivered quality products with craftsmanship - attention to detail was excellent. Heidi in Sales listened to our requirements and expectations for the look we wanted to achieve. She made the process easy and a pleasure. I loved the design studio - the presentation of products is first class and impressive. We discovered a gem of a Company in Solihull and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“From the moment we visited the showroom to the final laying of the Amtico flooring the standard of service and workmanship has been superb. Very efficient , helpful staff and excellent workmanship by the fitters. The finished flooring looks amazing and we would highly recommend FLR Flooring to anyone needing any type of flooring product. “We are very happy with the work that we have had done. We have had an Amtico floor in three rooms and carpet on the stairs and landing and in one bedroom. The fitters worked tidily and efficiently and were very friendly. Will definitely use Flooring Restorations again.”

“The team have been working for some weeks on our new Day Nursery premises in North Solihull. Notably, they have installed flooring, sinks, a disabled toilet and fully fitted kitchen, decorating, coat pegs and carpeting. The service has been excellent, the workmanship has been outstanding. The workers have been friendly and very professional. They have accommodated our needs and taken account of our views. Richard Lucas offers a personal service and the quality checks on the work are robust. Prices are reasonable given the quality of materials, workmanship, time and care taken. We highly recommend FLR.”
