“Most disappointing. Ordered a birthday cake for someone to be delivered by 4pm within the same day. By 3.35pm, the status did not change. When I called to enquire, they said the cake was not available and asked if they could deliver an alternative cake by 6pm. Had I not called, nothing would have happened. I requested for cancellation and refund. The point is I could not have the cake delivered.”

“Ordered Rakhi + Haldirams Kaju Katli combo on 3rd Aug, 2024 for delivery to Brisbane on 13th Aug, 2024. Package was finally delivered on 20th Aug, 2024 after several hours of follow up on phone calls and chat box communication with the customer support at FNP. The worst part is FNP's assigned partner delivered a local brand "Aman" Kaju Katli Sweets which did not have an expiry date on the package and the sweets were turning stale and not fit for consumption. The customer support team had the audacity to state that they can offer an alternate brand based on availability . It is like we order apples and they deliver bananas because both are "fruits". Hence, FNP is unwilling to provide a full refund and instead offering a coupon code for a 20% discount on the next order if placed with them in the next 3 months. Worst customer support team at FNP and zero internal alignment in the FNP organization. I strongly recommend that as Customers, we should avoid ordering on FNP to avoid these sour experiences.”
“I experienced worst experience. On 19 aug I ordered rakhi twice by mistake to send it to UK. Immediately after ordering I request to cancel one of the two they gave time for 2 hours but their two hours never happened.I tried contacting them for the same but sometimes they said it cannot be cancelled & sometimes gave me 2 hours time as usual. With that too they do not care to respond on time. Always responding on chat we are handling other people please wait & then after 15 min wait respond with same that they have chat flows to take care. Waste of money, waste of time totally pathetic app. They just make their customers fool. They can easily cancel my order but they waited till the order do not dispatched so that they have words to say that it cannot be cancel now.”
“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received concerning my recent order placed on Aug 4 for a cake and a bouquet at your Jabalpur location, intended for my friend on Friendship Day.
The cake was delivered around 1 PM, while the bouquet was delivered at 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, by the time the bouquet was delivered, my friend had already left for Mumbai for the next three months, rendering the delivery unsuccessful.
It was my expectation that both the cake and bouquet would be delivered simultaneously, as they were meant to be presented together as a gift. The significant delay in delivering the bouquet not only defeated the purpose of the gift but also caused great inconvenience.
In light of the delay and partial delivery, I promptly canceled my second bouquet order once my friend received only the cake. However, I have been disappointed with the customer service response, as they have refused to acknowledge the mistake and are unwilling to refund the amount for the undelivered bouquet.

“Wish I could rate them in the negative . They have pathetic service. Ordered a bouquet and paid extra for it to be delivered by 3pm the next day. The bouquet was not delivered and was on hold going back and forth with the customer care agent for almost half an hour with no solution in sight !! Reason for no update - their store was not responding and picking up the call. “I had placed two orders within less than an hour. I had selected the same time slot for delivery. The first order was for a bouquet and the other was for a birthday cake. It was to go to the same address and the same person. The name on the cake was smudged but it got delivered, the flowers were not delivered for this reason ..." After checking with our delivery team, we found that the delivery attempt was made but was unsuccessful due to the RECIPIENT was not contactable. And we have tried thrice to deliver your order".
The cake was from one vendor who could find the address and the flowers were from another vendor who could not find the address so I had to pay for their incompetence. I tried emailing them, trying to chat, called them but was not able to get through. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I would NOT recommend using their service.”

I selected 12 th Aug as delivery date.
They delivered only Rakhi n not any gifts of niece n brother. Order is showing as delivered. No proper response from customer care chat.
It’s fraud showing fancy items on site n delivering tiny Rakhi only.
Why do you even show delivery date if you don’t follow it?
Why do you show fancy gifts when they are not truth.

“I ordered Rakhi from them , mistakenly i ordered twice, within 10 mins i realised that its a mistake and i already paid. after raising concern with the concerned website helpline they are refusing to refund the amount as per them they have already processed. .
i believe they are doing delivery from moon - that within 10 mins of ordering the order was placed.
its simple - they don't want refund the amount which is only 1269.

“had a gift pack delivered to my brother at Bhubaneswar,it had the additional items but Meenakari Rakhi kumkum and haldi was missing .The order was as it is delayed.It was delivered on 31st late evening instead of 29th July and today when my sister opened to check the main ingredients were missing .Although a gift should be opened on the d day but I had to be sure .i requested the customer care to send the missing stuff they refused .Fnp ,please have the missing items delivered.
