“The only reason for not rating Very Good is due to the slightly longer than expected time it took considering I paid for the Express Service. Collected Wednesday, returned Monday. Would have expected return by Friday latest. Otherwise, excellent service and repair. Communication first class. Thank you”

“Appalling. Why have express delivery if you can't fulfill it? Customer services said my repair was 'more complicated than expected' (a cracked screen - so, in other words, they ran out of time) so my repair would be delayed. No reply to my request for a refund on the express delivery. Avoid at all costs unless you're not in a rush, I guess.”

“Fast and efficient service. I was notified when the item was received, what work was being carried out and when it would be returned to me. I would recommend paying for the collection and return service for peace of mind.”

“Called first thing on a Monday morning and booked an express walk-in slot to replace the screen on my iPad 3 just after lunch to suit my meeting schedule. Dropped off at 1.00pm and was e-mailed at 3.00pm to let me know it was ready. Collected my repaired ipad at 4.00pm. Girl at collection noted that I had not been charged for some extra work but I did receive an e-mail at 4.30pm requesting approval for some additional charges which has not been followed up! Overall very satisfied.”

“Brilliant service. Easy to navigate website and I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. Using a courier with a one hour delivery slot was an added bonus as I did not need to sat in all day when the ipad was returned to me.”

“My Iphone screen got smashed and I found Foneangels nearby who were prepared to repair it within half an hour. It took 30 mins, while you wait service for an extra £15 which was well worth it. I did have a problem after that where I could not hear anyone during calls which caused a return visit. They fixed it within 5 minutes which was very reassuring. I was delighted with their service and that I could get my phone back within a very short space of time. It was a great relief to me.”

“Just recently had my child' s ipad2, repaired. It required a new screen replacement. Excellent service, start to finish! A gentleman rang me and organised a courier collection, which was a day, and time slot of my choice. The repair was carried out efficiently, and swiftly. Within a week it was despatched back to me. A first class reliable, and honest company, and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.”

“Great service that can't be faulted. Quick turnaround. Paid for express delivery which didn't come the next day. They apologised and agreed to refund the express delivery charge. Even without the express item was returned fixed 3 working days after being sent.”

“Very impressed by the company! My iPad needed the screen to be replaced and by the next day was ready! They are very good,very friendly and they did a great job! I paid about 40£ ,if you had to go in town in shops,they could charge you about 100£ and then if something goes wrong you have to pay again! The company Fone Angels will do again at no extra cost if something goes wrong! I do highly recommend the company! A big thank you,I will definitely go again! Ana!”
