“Do not use this company, spend more and go else where. They happily took my money 1 month ago, had to remind them to send the postage pack out in the mail. Have had phone for 3 weeks, no one replies to mail and customer service line is just a voice mail service. I'm concerned they've closed down and this is a SCAM. Buyer beware.”

“Repaired 2 iOS devices with cracked screen, cheaper than most other places I looked. Communication channels were poor, only responded to emails, no answer on phones ever. Repairs appear good, but they tried to get me to pay for extra repairs I didn't consider needed fixing.”

“I believe this company could be a scam. Initially their response was swift, but after receipt of my iPad, their service and response became progressively worse. They weren't proactive in contacting us with updates, you can't speak to anyone as the phone number is permanently an answerphone (I tried a lot!) so you had to hope for a response to emails, which didn't always happen. They claimed that other elements (in addition to the screen) needed replacing - finally after we got it back these were working perfectly! Blame for delays was placed on suppliers, which I can't dispute without evidence, but I suspect after reading other bad reviews recently, these were false, delaying tactics. Finally, after becoming suspicious and totally unhappy with the service, we requested the iPad to be returned, without completing the work (an option they gave us) they failed to return it. It was only after an email threatening legal action that they sent the iPad back! A further request for a refund to be processed was met with similar delaying tactics, claiming we'd have to wait 30 days, we threatened to escalate to PayPal disputes and received it the next day!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!”

“Two months for a cracked screen repair so far, they have no phone, so you cannot call then, email only, seriously. Alarm bells ringing, Avoid. Do not use this bunch of cowboys”

“Considering I paid for the express service, 1 week turnaround was way too long as I have had another firm replace the same cracked screen for £20, while I waited! Bad communication, too expensive, won't be using again. Ps I think a refund of the express service fee £15 would be in order please.”

“Dear Fone Angels, I thought your service was fantastic! I especially appreciated the communication you provided and being able to track the delivery of my Samsung S4 phone. My phone looks fantastic and works wonderfully! It was wonderful to get you half price sale on cracked screens. The cherry on top would have been if you had asked if I wanted a replacement screen protector as I'm not very good at putting them on straight, but that's a very small thing. Thank you for your good work and if I ever need another repair I will come to you.”

“Both my kids had cracked iPad mini's had a meeting in London so dropped them in on the way down and collected them on the way back. 2 iPads repaired in 2 hours. Cannot fault company, service or product.”

“Price was good and the repair was good. Comms were not so good. I tried to contact several times as the repair took longer than I expected, and got no answer. Comms with the return courier were really good. Just the bit in the middle was tricky.”
