“Generally overall the course was very helpful and gave all the information on that particular topic. Visually it was very engaging and liked the layout of how the course was set out. The only feedback I would give is, the wording of the multiple choice questions at the end which were very ambiguous.”
“The customer service is terrible. I tried to get in touch someone reply to me and kept me on hold for 45 minuted. Its hard to reach you and your website is not easy to navigate to”
“The course was clear, easy to follow and very comprehensive. It can be a bit frustrating when you fail a test and have to retake it without any idea of which question(s) you got wrong, although it is a helpful to have to review the section before retaking the test.”
“Out of date and next to impossible to do. Given up on it. My daughter who is a chef came round to help and couldn't believe how outdated and complicated this was. Obscure questions and very stressful to do. Looking at a different provider”
“Extremely clunky and very very long to get through the training. There should be an option to not have to listen to the audio because I can read a lot quicker than the audio. The training could have been done in less than 30mins if we weren’t forced to listen to the audio”
