Dear Rhonda, I'm so glad that you had a good experience ordering and that you liked the products. I'm very sorry that you feel it took too long for delivery. I see that we shipped your order the very next day after receiving it (received on 5th., shipped on 6th., delivered on 11th.). Unfortunately, we do not have any control over transit time; regular ground service can take up to five business days (depending on your location). We apologize if there was any misunderstanding. “Shopping experience was easy to do and complete. Lovely selection of thoughtful products, some that are unavailable elsewhere. It took twice as long between ordering and shipping as quoted, so it’d be great to either meet the estimated timeline or change the timeline published to customers to prevent disappointment.”

Dear Laura, Thank you for your kind works about our line and your shopping experience. I'm very sorry if there was a misunderstanding about our processing/shipping time. Our website states: "Processing & delivery time depend on time of year, ship-to location and shipping method. Generally, we ship your order within one week of receipt." Your order was placed after closing on the 9th. and was received in our office on the 10th. It was shipped out on the 15th. (less than a week after receipt). Delivery time is additional. While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, we usually adhear to this guideline. If you received different information please contact me directly at product@montessoriservices.com and I will do my best to make sure it gets updated. You are absolutely correct that we should either meet (or exceed) the estimated timeline. We value your business and we do not want you to be disappointed. “The online information was a true representation of the products I ordered. I was pleased with the Scholastic dictionary and the idea books of things to do with young children that I ordered. My order was processed quickly and I received everything in a timely fashion with clear instructions about what to do if I was dis-satisfied with anything or wanted to make a return.”

“When I called and asked to order they just referred me to the site to another site. There was no place to enter my grandsons name only the school. I wanted to make sure he got credit for my order. I would have appreciated a little help instead of being pushed off.”

Dear Gail, I'm so sorry that you felt like you were not given good service. Your order shows that it was placed online through our eCatalog. We are a very small company and when all of our phone lines are busy an offsite call center answers our calls. I believe this is what might have happened. While they should have been able to assist you, I apologize if it felt like you were being pushed off. All of our customers are important to us. Please note that the "For Small Hands" School Credit Promotion ends on Dec. 31. Your order was placed in January and therefore did not qualify for credit. We run this promotion every year from Sept. 1 through Dec. 31. If you order during this time period we will happily credit your grandson's school. Thank you for your feedback.
