“Purchase failed twice (no fault of foremost) turned out to be my bank. Foremost identified problem before my bank did. Phoned me personally to assist and explain issue. Held purchase until payment was eventually successful and still honoured my discount code even though purchase didn’t clear till the next day. Excellent customer service throughout and still achieved quick delivery.”
