“Wrong type of golf balls delivered without any warning or explanation. I was informed after ordering that trousers were out of stock; website did not indicate this.”
“I have had nothing but trouble with my order. Not all of my goods were initially delivered despite receiving an email saying they had. Then after some chasing up of the pro shop and the supplier they acknowledged there was a problem with the courier and my order was now ready to be collected. On picking up my order a good two week after placing it one of the items was still wrong. I am still awaiting my order to arrive as ordered.”
“First time using Foremost. Great! that they had the product i wanted.. The Website listing was incorrect when i purchased. i clicked on and ordered a black and red trolley bag and it came up on the order confirmation as just black. So had to email in to confirm i get red and black (TBC as i've not picked it up yet so it might be wrong)
Got an email on Monday 30th saying bag is being dispatched..... And then nothing... Had to call the golf course on the Thursday (Today) where i had it sent to to see if they had it.
After a search around the store room they confirmed they had it. Was sent on Tuesday but no one knew what it was about or who it was for????
Poor with the communication on that front.
Great concept but bad communication. Not sure i will use again if this is how it works.
Wil collect my bag tonight. Not sure if it will be the right one or what condition it is in. As they didn't know what it is or who its for it might be opened up and fingered by their staff... to me IF thats the case its not a new bag.

I can see the address etc but I want clarification on what else to attach, if anything, so you know I'm returning them for refund. The telephone numbers are all Mon-Fri with no weekend contacts.”

“Ordered some golf trousers which the website said were 'in stock'. One week later - on the last day of their 2 to 5 working days delivery commitment - I got a phone call from Foremost saying that the trousers were 'delayed' from the suppliers so clearly they weren't in stock in the first place! 3 working days later the trousers arrived. Disappointed and don't understand why they didn't say the trousers were out of stock and there would be an extended delivery time in the first place.”
“I particularly requested a Junior Cap but got a men's cap that can be adjusted. This is not suitable as the depth and width of the front of the cap is too big for a junior. Can't be bothered to mess around and send it back. Not happy.”
“One item could not be ordered although advertised on the website. I am still awaiting delivery of the second item ordered after an abortive delivery by DPD to the wrong address. Both Foremost and DPD seemed incapable of rectifying this despite being told of the problem within two hours.”
“Staff were brilliant as Mark came to me quick and contacted the courier fast when the order was wrong. Courier was poor as it was supposed to be delivered 3 different times and never came. I was told I'd get free golf balls for my patience but alas, it was not the case. Finally got the driver though which is good. Not the best service I've had though as ended up not getting anything for my patience and probably wouldn't use the service again which is a shame as they have the club's I like... :(.”
