It was only after me getting in contact to chase up the order this was realised.
Once that contact had been made, the customer service was responsive and courteous to the issue.”

“The product is as described and I am content with it and the price paid. However the courier used is poor. Other couriers provide a time span for delivery but not these and even though they had my mobile number they didn't use it but left the parcel with a neighbour.”

“Starting an online account was more difficult than expected and took at least three attempts to get sorted. One more failure and the idea would have been binned and another retailer would have benefitted.
I needed a specific spec(2 degrees up) which wasn't available on the selected list, so i left a request for help.
Received phone call following day from formost pro who promised to handle my order correctly. Received goods yesterday as requested happy with purchase, but not the set up procedure and the ability to request custom spec on line which was easy with my local pro previously.”
