In the end I sent it to Lothian although it should have been East Lothian. Why are so many areas missing from the list?”
“Worked really well. Choosing shoes from a website can be problematical for example- to get the right fit, but getting them delivered to the club's Proshop is easy. He's there to collect, and if they are not right it's easy to return.”

“Excellent service. Received within 48 hours of ordering despite Xmas post. Still waiting for items with other companies that I ordered a week earlier.”
“The website is difficult to navigate through. A simple transaction took a considerable time. I was getting messages saying there was nothing in my basket and I couldnt proceed to checkout and yet there was a £'s figure in there. Its slow and cumbersome.”

Nowhere did it state they could only be used online - I went to the Hilden Park website in good faith thinking I was buying vouchers which could be used for that golf club.
