The item I ordered was out of stock and I received an apologetic phone call from the office and an approximate delivery date. The item was delivered and through no fault of their own was missing a part. I e-mailed them and they said they would deliver a new item for me to exchange at a local golf club, which was fine with me. That I did today and all went well. I'm very happy with the way the problem was dealt with and would recommend them to anyone.”
