“Purchased a bag via the web site, and delivered as promised to my local club pro. I managed to buy the wrong one - absolutely not a problem at all. One Email confirmed I was returning it, it was picked up and my card credited along with a few mails so I knew what was going on. Faultless service.”

“Originally I selected these shoes as a click and collect from my local course. Following the New Year lockdown announcements, the customer service I received in order to get my shoes delivered was exceptional. I received a number of emails daily when the shoes were not delivered to the golf shop and it was so simple to get them redirected. I cannot speak highly enough of them!”
