Very terrible delivery experience. The driver was rude and non cooperative - left all the stuff outside on the letter box and didn’t even help with moving inside the main gate, or just help keep the door open. Neighbours are not happy about it. These are heavy flatboards and several of them I have to now move them one by one. Most awful delivery experience I’ve ever had.

I would have given 0 if I could. Ordered decking costing over £1000. The ‘express’ delivery took over 3 weeks. They then dumped the decking in my garden. The wrong product and colour. They have now said the product I ordered is out of stock. It will be weeks before they uplift what they sent and my refund cannot be processed until then. It is now in my front garden, unpackaged, unsecured and likely to be stolen in which case I’ll have nothing. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be left out of pocket and without your order for weeks!!!!

Worked there for 7 months to say they where idiots wud b understatement if u foreign u got a chance English no hope management no bottle teamleaders no bottle look after foreign pals in a word tossers

Ordered shed beginning of June. Finally arrived at end of August . Paid for installation which to date (end of October) still has not happened. Communication from Forest Garden is truly awful. You really have to chance them up Quality of shed delivered no where near that of my previous shed. Alas that Company had closed over Covid so I hence ordered from Forest Garden. I'm summary would I recommend Forest Garden - NO Would I buy from them again - NO Do I regret buying from them - YES

DO NOT BUY A SHED FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality wood has split in numerous places. Customer service won’t admit that this is the case & are referring to it as warping. Im going to take it as far as I can to get a replacement

Shed does not fit shed base despite ordering the correct size.Shed sections do not fit together properly. I am an retired joiner and paid over a £1000.I feel like I’ve been ripped off and that the shed is only good for fire wood.

Item was strapped so tightly with ratchet straps that it had been broken by courier. Courier told me Forest Garden sent it out knowing it was broken and that it was already broken when it was put onto lorry. Rang Forest Garden who said that courier is actually a driver working for them and not a courier so driver lied to me. Lady on phone at Forest Garden was multi tasking and kept me waiting on the phone whilst I could hear her typing away dealing with something else. Had been a week and still no issue of new delivery date for new attempt of non broken item. Rang B&Q with whom order was placed originally only to find Forest Garden hadn’t even updated system to say they’d made an attempted delivery but it was refused because it was broken. Just an absurdly poor catalogue of events all stemming from FOREST GARDEN. I’ve now cancelled order as I simply don’t want to give them the business. Dealing with this company, to put it lightly is simply AWFUL.

Infinity arch came with 2 left sides and 3 broken pieces,tried for 2 weeks to contact what they laughingly call customer service left messages,no response whatsoever. Had a carpenter adapt the rubbish item. Strongly advise everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague unless you love extreme stress and frustration. Unfortunately I’ve had to award 1 star to enable a review.

Appalling service and product. Paid almost £500 for a shed, this included £100 delivery and almost £200 for installation. I was given a date for the delivery and installation however I came home from work a week prior to the date given to find the shed sections left on my driveway without any prior notice. The shed was set up although not level, when I contacted the company I was told the fitters had discussed this issue with me and explained how I could correct-such a conversation had never taken place. Large gaps in between section s of the panelling to the extent I can put my hand in between 2 sections. I was told this is warping and to be expected. No over to repair, replace. They really don’t want to know, customer care is appalling. Please don’t waste your money

AVOID. Absolutely abysmal customer service, still waiting for product 4 months later after 4 separate delivery dates changed last minute. The final straw was today. I had received an actual time slot for my item to be delivered today between half 8 and half 12. Booked the time off work. Call received at half past 8 from Forest saying the item will no longer be delivered today and we cannot give you a date! Absolutely disgraceful. Lies after lies. No honesty, no transparency, just a bunch of cowboy crooks.

Very bad sheds don’t buy there have big holes in don’t fit together probably should be 8x6 it’s about 3 inch short off 8foit see pics

After receiving a shed from Forest over 2 weeks ago (Ordered from Wickes) which was of such poor build quality , that the fitters would not assemble it, I got a refund. The shed was supposed to be picked up yesterday. The App on the phone says the delivery driver is still 1 hour away! Shed still not delivered, taking up space on my property. I called Forest yesterday to arrange a time slot and was told it would be picked up. It is still in my Yard. It is now in my way, as I have a shed from their competitors arriving today. I have emailed Forest to let them know that if this shed remains on my property past 1500 today, it will be taking a one way trip to the local tip. I have a van on standby to transport it. The Quality of the shed is the worst I have ever seen, I think they must have shipped me all of the rubbish in their quarantine area, hoping that I would not notice it. Employees (fitters) who condemned the shed took photos of the damaged panels but failed to communicate to Forest, and Forest failed to get back to me. So I asked Wickes for a refund. My next step is to complain to Wickes once again, as this company does not meet the basic requirements of what they have advertised. I have rejected better fire wood than this junk!

Absolutely awful company to buy from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I bought a £620 summerhouse through Argos from this company and I’m absolutely appalled. The wrong fixings were sent after 3 weeks of waiting for the summerhouse, then we found we were missing 5 other significant pieces as we were building it. The pieces were then sent incorrectly (TWICE) and after emailing I was ignored until I took to social media and threatened them with trading standards. After almost a month and a half I was offered £25 as a ‘good will gesture’ which is an insult in itself due to the absolutely shocking customer service received. When I expressed that this wasn’t enough I was told I was being excessive and if I didn’t like it I should tell Argos about it. We had to source several parts ourselves to ensure it would actually get built. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I wish I wouldn’t read these reviews before I did.

Order fence panels through wickes, they passed it on to this company. I waited for the delivery on the day they gave. To receive a phone call to say the driver ran out of driving hours. Although on the map tracker it showed he went passed, so I assume he forgot.!! It now shows delivery has been made .but no fence has been left. Shocking service. Will now have to chase order.

Completely rebuilt door as gaps to big to fill also twisted. Completely built new roof as one provided so flimsy it sagged and also bought a roll of better quality felt as the felt provided split as you unrolled it. Removed some of the slats and refitted them as two panels had gaps in them letting the elements in. I then finished by putting 18mm osb board on the floor to strengthen it and cover the gaps between the boards. Overall this company should be ashamed of their total lack of quality in their products as they are certainly not value for money or even fit for purpose.

Very poor quality broken pieces on front and back walls, complete piece missing from back wall, unstable base, very rough wood on interior walls, will all have to besanded, some parts of wood were mouldy, will have to lay more boards on base as it feels current ones could go through and the whole structure is unstable. Very very shoddy workmanship, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Failed delivery of shed twice. On the 3rd delivery it was 2 hours late and coincided with school run (I live opposite a school) the driver rang to say he couldn't park because of school pickup. When I explained my house was down a walkway and not accessible by vehicle the driver was not happy and said he would have to carry each piece. Why don't they bind the pieces together and provide a truck? So the driver having parked up proceeded to bring it to my house piece by piece and virtually chucked it against the wall of the house such attitude! After he completed and stomped off back to his van I went out to inspect. What a pile of rubbish, poor quality, chipped panels. It looked like it had been made from pieces of pallets! The result? I asked my builder guy to get some felt from B&Q and re cover my existing shed which is 30 years old and a bit worn is far superior to this new one and in return he could take away this pile of rubbish and build it in his garden to house his motorcycle. He was happy with the exchange. In conclusion do not buy from this company, better to go and view before you buy.

Poor poor quality, ill fitting panels, gaps and holes, flimsy do not buy! Delivery instructions left for driver were not followed, shed advertised as in stock by Travis Perkins arrived 7 weeks late, worst customer experience I've ever had 😵
