“Take far too long to refund return orders ! Every time have to chase it up ! I returned my ASOS same day and received my AsOS refund over a week ago”

“I have purchased many items over the years which have always come nicely packaged/presented in boxes or dress covers , however this time I would concur with another reviewer that it came in a poorly packaged plastic bag with the paperwork screwed up. Even though the dress is lovely it has lost that special feel especially when the dress was £250”

“I made a purchase on Sunday and I am new customer I have received an email to thank me for my custom and that the item was delivered on Tuesday I still have not yet received my delivery Also it's impossible to make contact with the delivery company as an answering machine keeps coming on and I can't discuss my issue I I love Forever unique clothes but I can't buy them if I am not receiving my goods and I am both upset and very disappointed about this My order number is JD00022489220233 I trust you will look into this for me as soon as possible Many Thanks”

“I buy a lot of clothes from you , sadly this time I was very disappointed! The quality of the Dress wasn’t to the standard you usually sell I’m sure . So sad as it was for my Birthday night out . I will have to look again and hope to find a better one x”

“I haven’t received the item yet - you use Yodel and I have nightmares with them In the past! I have rescheduled the delivery so fingers crossed it actually makes it to my door. If I were you I would consider using a better courier. Julles x”

“First time customer. Dress did not fit nice. I am still awaiting my refund. No email, account still not credited even though dress was returned 10 days ago. At the very least an email confirming package received.”

“Ordered an item and sent on-line. Ten minutes later I found another item and emailed to ask if this item could be added to the previous order to save on P&P. A return email arrived saying that they couldn’t add the second item with no explanation as to why? My item arrived with a lot of loose threads. I like to item so will keep it and tidy up the loose ends. I will not be using Forever Unique again as found them to be uncooperative and quality of garment I received was not up to standard.”

“Paid for next day delivery and FU use a cheap courier so no tracking. Dress was very small and just put in a plastic bag disappointing.”

“I ordered a "black military style buttoned shirt".! Well my sister is a small 10/12 and it just about fits her - this blouse is in no way an extra large. Which is a shame as its a rather nice blouse. Waste of £5 delivery charge.”

“Delivery was quick, but disappointed that my expensive items were rolled in a ball and shoved into small plastic bags which were dreadfully creased when opened. I purchased a jumpsuit size 12 which was absolutely huge, more like size 16, and a dress size 12 which fitted perfectly.”
