“Pay for next day delivery got my order after 7 day”

“I would have rated good as I really do like the dress, but I was however extremely disappointed with how the dress was packed. The dress came extremely crumpled up and creased in a very small parcel and 3 bottoms half off! I would expect paying £150.00 for a dress for it to be packaged properly and at least on a hanger and checked before sending out. Before I could wear the dress i had to have the buttons stitched back on and have the dress to be steamed to get all the creases out not really very acceptable or impressed.”

“Returns process is not easy compared to other on line retailers, also very slow to put money back into my account again compared to other retailers, would put me of using this website in future”

“I ordered a dress from here but unfortunately is was delivered faulty with lots of loose thread which meant I had to return this. When I went to reorder, there were no more in stock. I'm not sure why you would put damaged goods back onto the website for purchase. I then emailed to see if they would be restocking these and I am yet to receive a response.”

“Good products but customer service poor - paid for next day delivery as needed dress for an event but it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. Emailed customer services but no response. Shame! Not sure I’d buy from them again on that basis.”

“it was my first time shopping from this website,I am size 8,but got size 10 just incase, I recieved my order after 7 days, my hand even doesnt go through the sleeves,body is ok, fits me but the sleeves are soo tight!!! If I get change it to size 12 the body will be loose!!! it is not designed and sewn properly!!!”

“Ordered 2 dresses one was £90 reduced to £63 the material was terrible so thin for the price. Also ordered the cloak dress also material was terrible it would have took a week to try and get the creases out. For the price of the dresses I definitely would have expected better material”

“Dress is really lovely, shipping charges too high and dress is very strange sizing, i ordered a small which i looked equated to 8-10 the dress is HUGE- more like a 12”

“The item arrived & was ripped. It didn’t sit great either, nothing like on the model. Maybe it’s because i am small chested so it wasn’t a great fit. The material was nice & felt nice on. Due to it being ripped, i needed to send it back. Disappointed that it left like that.”

“Delivery was quick. I ordered the pretty woman polka dot dress, I like the style but have to say I’m shocked at the quality and I paid £40 on special offer and I’m not sure it’s even worth that. I would liken the quality to something you might buy from Primark at a fraction of the price. I truly expected better from this brand....I’d definitely hesitate before buying again if this is a reflection of the quality.”

“Firstly I had to email Customer service to see If my order had gone through has I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Secondly when placing the order I paid for next day delivery and was sent an email on the day of expected arrival saying because there was an hitch in the system this would not be happening but they would refund me my delivery costs and would get the order the following day. Although not entirely satisfied with the service I did get promo replies from customer service. So well done to customer service, the only reason for the 2 star rating ☹️”
