“My dress arrived in a really bad way. It was severely creased and looked like a rag. Thin material I assumed due to the price the material would have been good”

“Received my dress and has a rip in the bottom and stray bits of cotton hanging from the sleeve and bottom. Not the best of quality”

“Ordered 2 dresses, £85 Polka Dot Tan Dress, poor quality, badly made, seams poor, and cottons hanging off seams, £70 Leopard Print Maxi Dress, front of dress on the bust material sewn incorrectly, both poor quality despite the price. Packaging awful, all screwed up and crumpled, and to top it off you have print your own returns label, and we don't have a printer!!!!!! Will not be purchasing again in the future. Very poor, shopped here about 3 years ago and was completely different, obviously cutting corners now with suppliers and costs..”

“Not Forever Unique quality at all. I purchased 2 dresses many years ago both which I still have and occasionally still wear. The dresses I ordered recently were far from this quality, the fit was terrible, a few of them didn't even have Forever Unique labels in although I believed thats what I was purchasing so the advertising is very misleading. Returned all of them for a refund I'm afraid. More like market stall garments! Very quick delivery though!”

“Poor quality material and odd fit. Original price £80 and there’s no way it was worth this, I paid sale price £24 and even for that money I was disappointed. Thin cheap shiny material, very odd fit, top half massive and bottom half slim fit. First time I’ve used this website, thought it was a premium brand but sadly seems to be cheap and flimsy.”

“Service has reduced over the years, long gone are the black sturdy delivery boxes with a dust bag for your clothing. I’ve received faulty products, products not made by Forever Unique, missed delivery date and now Yodel is used to deliver rather than DPD so delivery slot and chance to reroute your delivery is no longer available. Losing faith in Forever Unique!”

“I was not happy with the quality of the dress. The dress design is nice buy it was cheaply made. The embellishments are falling out, threads are not neatly sewn in. The price does not meet the quality. I dont think i will buy again from this site.”

“Ordering was easy and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 products ordered were poor quality and the 3rd did not fit well. All have been returned.”

“I ordered the black and white jump suit in a large. The sizing is way out. It is tiny. The body is so short. I was so dissapointed. My daughter who is a size 10/12 tried it on and it was small on her. No good ordering XL that would fit me. Im a size 14. This has put me off ordering anything else. The clothes are amazing but only for skinny girls.”

“Although was pleased with the dress, I didn't expect to have to sew part of it that had been done incorrectly so it didn't hang as it should. The only reason I did this was because I really liked it and I needed it for my holiday, I did not have time to return it and get a replacement, otherwise 8 would have returned it and had another sent. Quite disappointed really as I expected better.”

“Bought dresses for my bridesmaids... dresses on sale but originally £120 each. Dresses are all different lengths... stitching quality is bad on some of them... one of them doesn’t even have a forever unique label on it! It’s a totally different brand.”

“After paying £4.95 for standard 3-4 day delivery only to see an hour later you were offering next day delivery for £1.99 I wasn’t happy. Item arrived three days later and on trying the jeans on two of the three buttons fell off ..very shoddy workmanship ..obviously being made by people on low salary then selling them as a designer label item ..hesitant to order from here again”
