“still haven't received my order”

“Ordered a size S and I’m a normal size 10. It’s too big and bad fitting on top half, to the waist. I’m a 32D but obviously made for someone much bigger. Shame because it could be a lovely dress. Now the hassle of returning!”

“Would have needed to be the height of a giraffe for the skirt to fit, could have made another skirt from the fabric I would have had to cut off!”

“Dress quality was ok. Thought £70 was abit much as material no different to what you’d get from topshop and dress would have been £40. Sizing is way off I’m an 8/10 and the dress is huge a small would fit a 12 easily”

“Nobody got back to me on my email about delivery charges, I sent two emails. I couldn’t see where to put SUNNY for free delivery at check out as it was advertised. Also quality product and price is not satisfying, colours and design is good though. Thanks”

“The polka dot dress was ordered at the end of June and the money was taken out of my account. However there was a delay in the delivery and I received this on 27th July 2018. Why was the money taken out of my account a month before receipt of the dress? I do not think this is acceptable.”

“I have waited for this dress for weeks and when it arrived it was not the colour I ordered. On the description the dress was white but the dress that just arrived is cream = I would not have ordered the dress if I had know it was cream. It is also shorter that the dress on the model. Very disappointed”

“Received the dress after 1 month waiting as had to pre order. Poor quality, threads hanging off and not sown on properly. I would expect better quality as I paid £71! I am sending it back for refund.”

“The dress arrived today after a one month wait. Good points, it fits, and my daughter in law likes it. Negatives the dress is faulty/seconds. The stitching around the waist is loose and puckered and one of the frills is not finished off. I wouldn't expect that from a product I bought at Primark let alone a dress that was not cheap”

“I saw the dress on Holly W and was keen to purchase. The dress took a month to arrive; it was clearly popular and I am sure you were overwhelmed by the orders you received. Consequently, the dress I received was very poor quality (much to my disappointment). I am sure Holly herself did not wear a dress that was finished so poorly. I will not be purchasing from Forever Unique again based on this experience”
