“My first time using this website and company and I’m quite disappoint with the quality of clothing, given the price. I ordered a jumper with studs and found that a few of them had come loose when I opened the parcel. I also ordered a size 14 top yet was sent a size 10. I would understand that a picking error may have occurred if I had perhaps requested next day delivery but I hadn’t, so can’t understand how or why this has happened.t Therefore, I will not be in a rush to buy from here again unfortunately.”

“Very disappointed with customer service. No confirmation email despite ringing up and querying this. Items in order arrived a day late. Not as good quality as I would have expected after spending almost £300. Horrifically both items I bought reeked of cigarette smoke!! Rang about sending them back.... no apology for my inconvenience in having to do this. I was just told I would be sent a Royal Mail link to print off a label. This link has never been received by email or any other method. Won't be using this company again”

“Really poor quality. Sizing was odd too. Thought I was buying a high end product but can find cheaper and higher quality items on the high street. Have returned the item and am having to chase for a refund. So, poor customer service too. Really disappointed.”

“The quality is not good and even though I chose a size 8 I was sent a generic size Small which was a more like a size 12-14. It seems like FU are trying to fit everyone with their one size fits all approach but it ends up fitting not many. The pictures looked beautiful but the real thing was nothing like the pictures I think the team at FU need to spend less on marketing and their models and spend more on their design's attention to detail and research. I spent nearlt £200 on three items and had to return all back as they were unwerarble they were worse quality than Primark! The good thing was their free returns.”

“I thought the material was very poor. It looked very classy on the website. When I got it out of the packet very creased. Just expected more quality.”

“The blazer I ordered was of poor quality. It came very creased. I ordered a medium as that should have been a size 8-10 but it was far too big and just didn't hang well at all. Very disappointing as I thought I was buying a high quality item. Won't be buying from here again. The only good thing was that I could return it for free.”

“my Order took 2 days to come when I paid next day delivery, I had to email 4 proof of ID of my address and my name it was a headache If I didn’t needed the dress I ordered I would have cancelled it but I had a wedding to go so I had to keep my order cause I didn’t have enough time to order from a different company.”

“I still haven’t received my order. - have received an email on Friday to say it would be delivered and it didn’t arrive received another email on Saturday to say it would be delivered and still didn’t arrive. Phoned did and complained and they said they would put a complaint in. Janet Rutter”

“I was really disappointed with the quality of the dress that I oredered, as I didn’t feel it reflected the price I paid. Whilst it wasn’t one of the higher end items that you provide, I still felt that there was a high mark up on a poorly manufactured item. I have had numerous items from Forever Unique over the years and unfortunately felt this particular dress didn’t meet the mark and am therefore returning the item for a refund.”

“You’re website is not accessible I was in a hurry to order I ended up ordering 3 of same items as wouldn’t allow me to delete. I’ve received my order. Clothing over priced. I’ve tried to download return label however the site won’t allow me to complete my details”

“Item arrived unbottoned and crumpled in the bag, very small sizing so needs to be sent back, I had previously sent a message regarding the sizing prior to placing the order but did not get a response!”
