“I'm sadly really disappointed with my purchase. I thought that the material was highly uncomfortable as well as the dress being far too short for my height (6'0) but I was led to believe that the pictures on the website suggested otherwise. Definitely not worth the £70 I spent.”

“Waited a month for the dress although I knew it was on pre-order so happy to wait. For a £75 dress it was shocking. All hems were just over-locked with 5 or 6cm of thread hanging from the end of each overlocked strip. The zip was overstitched so wouldn't do up. There were grease splashes up the back. The fit was dreadful. I'm a small and it was much more like a medium. Clearly there is no quality control on products. Returned the product the same day I received it but will have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. Time consuming and a disappointing experience.”

“My dress arrived all creased and full of static, not what I would expect having paid nearly €100. I had to wash the dress and iron it before I could wear it!!”

“DPD courier let you down, as of now dress hasn’t arrived when should have been delivered on the 12th! Have had to ring twice as no updates have been sent. The money was taken out of my account on the 17th may, really you should take it out once dispatched. It’s now the 14th June.”

“Hi I bought a dress £199.99 paid for next day delivery on opening the package there was dirty marks at top of dress over the bust. I had to go and get the new dress cleaned as had bought it for an occasion and had no time to return it. I did email customer service straight away just to advise but still waiting on a reply which was weeks ago Regards Mrs McAulay”

“Ordered a lovely jumpsuit this is the good bit Bad part - ordered last Thursday and paid for next day, Friday comes no delivery arrives I Called not notified I had to call to be told my order had not gone out, I asked for a Saturday delivery as this was an option when ordering to be told NO because it’s £3 extra even though I’d paid £7 for next day. Terrible service.”

“The sevice and quality I have always received from Forever Unique has been outstanding - however this time I was really diappointed in the quality of the Blazers I purchased as they are poor quality for your brand. I purcased the same one from Silk fred cheaper and its exactly the same label as you are selling much more expensive. Not what I expected from your brand.”

“I loved the style of the dress, but I am a size 8, I ordered small, but the top half was really big, the underarm hung down way below the bra line which it didn’t seem to look like when Ive seen on models! I am keeping the dress as love the style but have had to put in to a seamstress to be altered!”

“Your clothes are lovely but the last purchase I bought was very disappointing as it came with the wrong size in the bag like somebody had tried in on and just put it in the bag and had to pay postage to purchase and send back . I've had your clothes for a few years and loved how they been wrapped but very disappointed in the wrapping now but still love the clothes”

“Being a massive RHOC fan I was excited to order from yourselves but i was so disappointed. I'm 5"8 & size 10..the Body top was too short I couldn't fasten it!! It would of fit my 8 year old perfectly, The top I bought the sleeves hung down to the floor!”

“Unfortunately lovely top but going to have to send back due to small size. Xl is 14-16 but got to say doesn't cater for the fully figore? I am a 16 but there is no way this will go any where near me . Really disappointed”
