“Ordered nearly £900 worth of clothes and kept 1 jumper worth £40. Very disappointed with the sizing and materials used. Very cheap looking.”

“The dress I ordered was described as a size medium/12. It was so small I couldn't even do the zip up. I'm 5ft 6ins and weigh 9 stone 7lbs - so not big. I feel a more detailed accurate description would save a lot of time, and the inconvenience of having to return items.”

“I had notification of delivery it didn’t get delivered, chased up and it had not been dispatched in error, I’m still waiting, not very happy as it was supposed to be here for Fri 19th, so I could wear for an ocassion on sat. Still not received items”

“I liked the kimono which I am keeping. However this item was so creased it looked like an old rag before ironing.If this item was not on sale, I would have returned it.”

“The item I ordered was advertised as OS (one size) and suitable to fit a size 8-14. I am a size 10/12. When the jacket arrived it was labelled as a size S. I telephoned Forever Unique and they said it was only available in this size and is suitable for size 6-10. Consequently, it was a total waste of my time and money. I had to repackage the order, go and queue in the Post Office and send the item back. I am currently waiting for a refund. A really bad first experience with FU, which doesn't encourage me to try a second time.”

“A breeze when it comes to browsing and making payment. Not so from then onwards starting with the packaging! For a £260 spend plus next day delivery cost I expect a little more finesse than a plastic bag! Then the quality - Ginny was adequate but the Marsha was frankly shabby with sequins already missing. Then the returns! The return label should be included with the associated returns paperwork. Finally, the returns parcel was Confirmed as returned on the 2nd Jan but only today (11th) have I received mail to confirm the return has been processed. I'm guessing another couple of days for the credit to actually hit my account. That exceeds the stipulated "up to 7 days" and that therefore breaks the terms of our agreement. Overall a disappointing experience.”

“The zip in the dress is faulty, It only zips halfway. I will be returning it. I have returned these by special delivery but have not receive a refund. Could you please confirm when I will be receiving a refund.”

“This is the first order I have placed with this company The jacket I ordered looked as if it had been worn. The fringing at the neck was frayed the fringing on the arms was pulled and all different lengths. There was no return la el in the parcel and I am having great trouble getting a label to download. This was after a long conversation with customer care who had sent me the app so I could get a label to print out. It is looking at the moment that on top of the delivery of 3.50 I am going to also have to pay for a return. All for a jacket that had defiantly not been checked before delivery. I am extremely disapointed with this company who I thought were a prestigious company”

“The colour & look of quality is far from the picture on the website. On the website, it looks classy, delicate! In reality, it looks cheap. The colour on the picture is a nude/light pink, in person, it is almost brown!”
