The dress looked very cheap the material see through nightie material I didn't even try it on it has gone straight back in the post. Jill Bridge

I received a blouse and upon taking it out of the box the press stud on the sleeve was already ripped off from the cuff!

It was really lovely drrss and i really liked it. But it was too long. I am 158 cm and I tried it with really high heels but it was still 20cm long and because of the style you can't really tailor it. So unfortunately i have to refund it. SO YOU NEED TO BE REALLY TALL FOR THIS DRESS. DONT RECOMMEND IT FOR AVERAGE HEIGHT!!!

Our dresses are made so length is able to be hemmed, due to customers not being able to lengthen our dresses. Thank you for your review.

Just received my order, was hoping to take it on holiday (3rd Jan) only to find one item missing (out of stock) but no email to let me know it wasnt going to arrive in the parcel..and now it is too late to order it from somewhere's...Come on guys! A simple email would have sufficed.

Arranged to have delivery on Monday 30th Nov received text from predict to say they have not received parcel and there is a delay. I'm working all week so won't be in. I know I can ask for neighbour or safe place I opt for safe place. But it's always a risk.

Not impressed, was told the jump suit I ordered would be here today but have just received an email from the parcel delivery company saying that they did not receive it today from Forever Unique. I am going on holiday Tuesday, now worried it will not arrive in time!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your parcel was booked to be collected from us on Thursday 3rd for delivery Friday 4th, however, DPD were unable to make the collection from us due to an issue with the driver. They therefore collected Friday on a next working day service for delivery Monday. This was still within the 4 working days specified for the free UK service selected. This dress cost £150 in the sale with postage and I've seen it on another site for £80. It's thin fabric and does not look like a £300 dress. I'll be returning this.

I have payed for standard delivery which states it is 2 working day but I still haven't received my parcel!

Sent dress back as poor fit and creased for £300 I expect good quality and in a good condition I felt like the dress had been sent back from previous customer. On the plus at least I get a full refund. Really disappointed as the dresses online look fab.

Unfortunately, items may move and become creased during transit so we apologise if the item did not reach you in perfect condition. We needed the dress for our trip to Dubai . When it arrived all the faux diamonds were having off or fallen off .

Love the styles from this website but I have to be honest that I find the quality of the materials & finish not to the standard I would expect for the amount you charge. I have ordered from you 4 times but have returned goods on 3 occasions due to the cheapness of the fabrics & the lack if attention to the finish. Poor stitching, straps not symmetrical, hemlines not straight. If you could get the quality appropriate to the cost I would be a dedicated customer.

Dress arrived next day, beautifully packed, cannot fault that or delivery but the quality of the dress and the fabric used, cheap quality nylon mesh which snags on everything made a nice design of dress look unbelievably cheap and tacky and for over three hundred pounds I don't know how you can sell a dress made of rubbish fabric. Would look nice from a distance but close up looks like a nighty from primark

I have ordered a dress "last pieces" in my size and finally it wasn't sent "as there was no my size" anymore… The money were refunded to my card, but I guess due to all the bank charges I lost ofert EUR 50 ! on this operation…. I will not ever take a risk again and buy anything in your shop, cause I do not want to loose another Eur 50
