“To whom it may concern.. I love your dresses BUT of late I have returned for full Refunds.. why.. the quality of your photography does not replicate the true colour of the gowns.. the length is also not correct.. as a Luxury Executive I feel you need to re visit how to show your dresses in a more accurate manner.. regards, Jane Soper”

“Ordered took my money tgen refunded my paypal the next day saying no stock now stil waitin for it to go in my paypal so can transfer to my bank”

“i bought a dress and after two days i got an emial that the dress is out of stock ... that should of been said before i purchased the dress . The refund is still stuck on my pay pal acc , didnt go staright to my acc . Not very happy”

“I ordered a dress which stated online that it was the last one. My order was processed fine. I waited for a dispatch alert but received an email to state that my dress had been sold out and they were refunding my account. Not sure if this was a stock take mistake but pretty dissapointed!!”
