It was not packaged as per the website stated. When it arrived which was on time looked like it had done a few rounds with a boxer. Very disappointed with the appearance of the parcel as it was not a cheap top feel let down to say the least. Luckily top is not too creased

I was really disappointed with the delivery, I selected Sunday delivery and paid the premium rate to have it delivered only for it to come a few days later and I had to take the day off work to retrieve it. Not sure I will be using this site again.

Size to small very difficult to use website and phoned the number advertised but girl wasn't very help plus I lost my 10% discount on my first order as I had to reorder a larger size and couldn't get the exchange to work

I have had to send both outfits back. The reason for this is that they were both lined with satin which obviously has no give whatsoever, so if you are not exactly the shape of the fitted item, there is no way that they are ever going to fit!

Love the clothes, no return labels come with garments. I do not have a printer and found it difficult to return items, this has put me of ordering again.

Not great quality boots considering the price. Looked like cheap unbranded boots and zip doesn't work properly

I purchased the Vanessa top in beige but found it to be faulty. The zip wasn't stitched in properly which I didn't realise . I wanted it for a special occasion which was disappointing considering the price. I have since returned the item ( the returns process was confusing as the website doesn't clearly state you need to sign into your account before the process begins, so bad to contact customer services for instructions) I just hope my refund is dealt with promptly as reviews show this may not be the case.

My billing and shipping address were switched . I never got a email to confirm package was going to correct address

I have made so many purchases and am a regular customer this time round no confirmation came through I had to call three times to chase my purchase then it comes with one item short with no prior notice and I needed them for that night with no time to get alternatives as no notice let down this time round

It seems that Your prices vary depending on the country from which customers order. This is unfair? Hopefully I'm wrong but this was my experience and there is no "sale" on.
