“I have just ordered the 3 for 2 of the larger packs from Boots and have my fingers crossed I will lose some inches. BUT - am I looking at the nutrition information wrongly? Each 55g pack has a sugar content of 25.9g, I thought women should only have 25g of sugar in one day! Please advise as I was hoping to have two of these per day!! Asda's own make is 17g and Slimfast Ready to drink - Vanilla Cream Shake only 1g?? Shirley”

“The shipping was to Holland and it was fast. the product itself did his job good. I had a bloating feeling in my stomach and that has been disappeared with the charcoal pills. I did not know that it could also resolve the fatigue feeling in my head. By the way, I have also taken probiotics to give me some good bacteria inside my stomach one day after I have taken Forza charcoal pills.”

“I have used their other meal replacement product so I am aware of the brand & products. I gave the Vanilla Ice Cream shake a whirl. The packaging that it came in I really liked it never stood out in my kitchen as a diet shake. I decided to start on a Friday after I weighed in at my local slimming group. It was very easy to prepare as I already had a shaker. It tasted of vanilla & I couldn't taste the almond milk I use which is a great plus. It was a little too thick & Powdery for me so I used more milk in the others. The scoop was a life saver. Fitting this into my day was really easy at first - I could have the 2 shakes during the day, then have a reduced calorie meal. However, the instructions were/are very vague it just says an energy restricted diet. I understand everyone is different but some guidance should help. I ended up only having the shake in the morning just because that was the easiest option for me. At the end I maintained my weight. Yes I would recommend this product. I actually have my eye on the other flavours like Cookies n Cream, Caramel latte, Strawberry, mint to try.”

“Due to putting a lot of weight on from injection (depo) think it was 3 and half stone,i tried so many different tablets and hardly had any result.so when I seen good reviews about this product I thought I'd give it ago,not everyone is the same but it gave me the energy boast that I needed and made me feel less hungry all the time,I do suggest you drink plenty of water when taking these as it can make you feel dehydrated about from that I had no problems recommended a few people now and they have also got their weight off.i have lost 4 stone and have gone from a U.K. Size 16 to a small 10 or 8 depending where you shop.so i deffo reccomend giving it ago :)”

“I needed to lose a bit of weight for my holiday so I gave this a go as it seemed like an easy to follow plan. They pretty much map everything out for you, the shakes are tasty and the recipes are really simple and quick to follow. I lost 10lb in just under 4 weeks which I was really happy with. I'd definitely recommend as you get the results and it's good value for money.”

“As a sufferer of cellulite I am always trialing different product and ways to reduce this. I go to the gym a number of times a week, eat well and have tried numerous creams so I know there is no miracle cure but that I should give these supplements a go. Overall I was really impressed with the results - probably one of the most effective products I have used actually. My skin is softer and I have seen a good reduction in cellulite. Great value for money too.”
