“These taste fantastic and keep you comfortably full until early to mid afternoon. I've tried the slim fast shakes but they are no way near as nice or as smooth as the Forza shakes. Been using the starter pack shake it slim, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavours. Oddly enough I find the chocolate is my least favourite, and lean more towards vanilla and the strawberry being the best tasting. Overall the product is fantastic.”

“The hot drink is delicious and keep you full for hours. It is bit sweet but really does the trick for me . Once I drink it my sweet craving disappears and my appetite too .”

“Forza is really helping me with my weight control while I am on the 5:2 diet. Unfortunately I am tempted to eat extra cake etc on the 5 days so I am still far from a size zero. But thanks Forza and Michael Moseley for the best/most effective diet I've tried so far in my long dieting life..”

“I need to buy Ortiz Fruit Cubes. Several times I clicked on buy and proceeded to the dispatch page but could get no further than that.bI chose to have free delivery as that is what Your site told me I could have but could find no way to carry on to the payment page. “This meal replacement shake is great. I drink two a day to help me lose weight. There were a few times I drank it for breakfast and dinner but that didn't work for me because I ended up having trouble falling sleep later on. So now I stick with breakfast and lunch. The flavours do taste good. I must admit I do have to add a bit more water than recommended on the packaging because there would still be lumps but that's no problem. I've almost been on the diet for three weeks now and I can't wait to see my results when I'm done.”
