“Great taste, filling and so easy to stick to and travel with as only have to buy a bottle of water to mix with. Lost 10lbs over approx 8 week's and sticking on this to lose 7lbs more.”

“Absolutely love this hot chocolate, mixes really well and tastes gorgeous. I find that you should, as instructed, definitely let the water sit for a few minutes after boiling to give great mixing with no lumps. I have tried two meal replacements a day with other brands shakes and do get bored with them after a while. I have been using stir it slim twice a day plus a balanced meal since mid August and have lost 1 stone 10lbs. I love this hot chocolate so much I'll definitely use it even when I reach my target weight for the odd breakfast or lunch replacement especially because it's quick, tasty and I find it very satisfying and filling. I do take hydratrim capsules 3 times a day too which do help to fill you up.”

“Before the trial I wasn't aware of Forza - never heard of it or any of their products. I trialled the Double Chocolate flavour 'shake it slim' and it tasted nice (ok, it didn't taste like a double chocolate milkshake but I didn't expect it to!). I'd never tried a meal replacement shake before so I was really surprised that I could have a shake for breakfast and for lunch and not feel hungry. I had enough energy to run after my two little ones without feeling tired or light headed. I found it really convenient to fit it into my lifestyle. I prepared it in a shaker with milk and would drink it whilst I prepared my little ones meals. I've been on Forza for two weeks and in that time I've lost 4lbs. I'm really pleased with my loss as I wasn't particularly strict with my evening meal. I would definitely recommend Forza to those who can't get to the gym regularly and need to lose a bit of weight. I'll definitely be purchasing a tub for after Christmas when I need to lose my Christmas podge!”

“After buying a Spiderbottle, which was not easier to clean than other shakers, and had a unpractical lid. I chose the Forza Shaker, even if it is advertised for Women, because of the different design. It is perfect in every way. The lid opens completely. The handle is practical for taking it out of the fridge, carrying and unscrewing it. The drinking hole is easy to clean and easy to drink from. It dissolves better than the Spider Bottle. The Ball alone is enough. The net at the top isnt needed, but practical to have. I add 100ml Water and shake it a few times, after daily use, empty it, rinse it with Water, and it is completely clean, No residue anywhere. Other shakers and bottles i tried, All were more difficult to clean. To sum it up +Easiest to clean +best dissolving. +best drinking opening +easy to unscrew thanks to handle +easy to hold in the hand because its slim +odor free +practical Handle, to take it out of the fridge. +cheaper than all other high quality shakers I know, but much better functionality I am angry i spent nearly double the price on a spider bottle, before trying this shaker, because I thought its made for women. The blue version is a darker blue and suitable for any man...”

“I, like many people, are sceptical of the claims of diet companies. FORZA were impressively efficient, customer service, excellent. The shakes are a reasonable price, and we bought some thermogenic caps also. I feel, well, no cravings, the shakes are easy to mix, and losing weight easily. Overall very good products, and I recommend this product and the company for anyone trying to lose a few pounds or more. Enjoy!”
