“Forza is really helping me with my weight control while I am on the 5:2 diet. Unfortunately I am tempted to eat extra cake etc on the 5 days so I am still far from a size zero. But thanks Forza and Michael Moseley for the best/most effective diet I've tried so far in my long dieting life..”

“I love this product. When first arrived I could not imagine how a drink would fill me up as a lunch replacement for when I have to travel for work and avoid terrible diet wrecking restaurant food however I have found it really does do the job and the flavours are lovely. All in between forza and healthy eating I have lost 8 kgs so far!”

“I have been using these shakes (2 a day) for the last 3 days and I have started to lose weight already. I particularly like the vanilla flavour. It is easy to make and there are no lumps.”

“I've used Forza supplements for a number of years, the Garcinia Cambogia capsules mostly purchased. They're a brilliant product but getting harder to find in other stores. Buying from Forza themselves not only provides bigger choice of product, but it's added benefit is buying straight from supplier so you know it's a safer avenue. Been buying from Forza for a while now, and I believe this won't be changing any time soon. Brilliant service, brilliant stock range & brilliant secure buying & postage service. :+1::+1::+1::+1:”

“This supplement is satisfying, as long as you don't wait until you are ravenous before fixing yourself the liquid meal. I found by pre-empting the hunger pangs, and drinking the meal before I was very hungry at lunch time the meal worked well to keep hunger away, and keeps me going all afternoon.”

“Really tasty and easy to mix. I can take the pack anywhere and just stir into hot or cold water without fuss or drawing attention to the fact I'm using it as a meal replacement. Tastes way to good to be a diet food too!”
