“I've been using the Forza shake now for two weeks, I've had the strawberry one. It's very easy to make up & even easier to have during the working week, it took me a few days to get used to not having anything else before my tea. After a few days I was very excited that I was keeping up with the whole routine. I have tried other brands of shakes before & this one tastes just as nice, no after taste either which is always a plus. To be honest I would recommend it other women after shedding some pounds as it does work if you stick with it. I'll continue and hope to achieve more weight loss.”

“Love the vanilla shakes only wish they could come in mixed flavours for the 7 day supply. Otherwise I must say I have lost few kilos in the first week and that was without any exercise.”

“This meal replacement shake is great. I drink two a day to help me lose weight. There were a few times I drank it for breakfast and dinner but that didn't work for me because I ended up having trouble falling sleep later on. So now I stick with breakfast and lunch. The flavours do taste good. I must admit I do have to add a bit more water than recommended on the packaging because there would still be lumps but that's no problem. I've almost been on the diet for three weeks now and I can't wait to see my results when I'm done.”

“Tried this over Christmas and haven't put on any weight. It actually has worked, really astonished and pleased. I thought it would help me lose weight but it actually helped me burn the food I was eating which was handy because I was a pig and I did actually go to the gym twice between Christmas and new year. 5 stars for sure”
