“Positives: 1)Lost 7lb in 2 weeks drinking the shakes for breakfast and lunch, combined with a calorie tracking app for drinks/dinner/additional afternoon snacks. 2)Thick and keep me satisfied for around 3 hours(I wiz a banana in the shake if I need to go an hour longer) 3) individually wrapped for convenience 4)hot ones are good to sip on if around other people eating as keeps you busy 5)Hot chocolate is good for night to help curb late night snacking if you eat your meal at lunch instead of dinner. 6) plain latte tastes like normal instant latte sachets but thicker(the sweetened ones) I liked those more than the caramel 7) I was able to go for a 6k jog after one of these in a morning without getting dizzy like other brands have done in past! 8) second 2 week supply I've bought so anreturning customer says it all( cheaper on here direct which is great) Not so positives: 1) vanilla one has a taste like the smell of play dough(iykwim) it's drinkable but I'm glad there was only 2 in the pack, maybe a vanilla latte would be better? 2) the cold ones are best wizzed in a blender if you don't have a shaker otherwise you get clumps using a fork/spoon however long you mix for. (Hot ones were fine) 3) It would be better with 1 pancake and 1 brownie sachet in this box rather than an extra hot choc and strawberry as I got this to try all the flavours and mix it up a bit.”

“Love the variety pack shakes, I have a hot drink for breakfast and a cold shake for dinner, these have definitely helped me to lose weight, I always used to skip breakfast which isn't healthy so these are quick and ideal, purchased from the forza website is the cheapest option. Love them.”

“I hate to admit it but I love to have cheeky Starbucks or Costa Coffee beverage - don't judge me, I know they have lots of calories and are fattening but I have never been able to find a low calorie alternative. These hot drinks from Forza are the best that I can find, not only are they delicious but keep me full throughout the day. This large supply saved me money and stops me pigging out at lunchtime. Thanks Forza”

“Whilst I have tried many products on the market before, I was intrigued to find that this one did NOT contain caffeine. I am fairly sensitive to stimulants and so it was great to see that a diet company has actually produced a weight loss supplement with this in mind. Overall, very impressed with the results, I felt a difference in myself as I wasn't feeling hungry between meals not did I feel the urge to snack. Definitely recommend this product to those looking to lose some pounds!”

“Over the last few years i have tried many different 'weight control' tablets and these so far are the best for me! I noticed a difference within the 1st week of taking them. Ill have a bowl of fresh fruit then take two tablets with water and thats me full till early eve when i have some food. Im semi disabled so i can't exercise nor walk very far, but after being on these *i feel the weight is dropping off. These tablets are well worth a try if you are looking to loose a few extra pounds! *The weight loss ive had is down to healthy eating as well as taking these tablets.”

“The idea of this product is that it expands in the stomach, making you feel less hungry. To get the benefit of these you need to take 6 a day, two before each meal, with a large glass of water. I have found that I am not getting quite so hungry between meals. It is important to remember though that you still need to follow a healthy diet and do some exercise. These are not a miracle pill that you take and the weight drops off. What these will do is to give you a bit more willpower as they take the edge off of your appetite. These are quite a safe and gentle capsule to take to help you. Unlike a lots of weight loss remedies, they do not make you feel jittery and keep you awake at night. Basically these are fibre, and fibre swells and fills you up a bit. Unfortunately these have done nothing for my cravings,so I still need willpower !”

“Ok, so us men typically like to think our sexual drive is tip top, however many us have been using maca to support our labido. I used to buy from a China site, as the Chinese men swear by maca. I'm glad FORZA now stock this.”

“I buy pre-workout powders on a regular basis, having tried the likes of Optimum Nutrition and MyProtein but have always been disappointed with my purchase. Having contacted the Forza team I was lucky enough to try this pre workout drink on pre-release. Flavour is awesome, mixes well and the ingredients are spot on. Big thumbs from me”

“I am currently using the Shake it mixes together with the Stir it ones replacing 2 meals per day and the results are just astonishing! I'd recommend these products to everyone (except the bad people who deserve to be fat haha)”
