“The delivery was pretty speedy and the item was very well packed. It came with plenty of documentation too. Pleased with the purchase and if they come up with something I wanted and at the right price I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Its a safe recommendation.”

“fotosense did the right job. the canon powershot sx 610 20.2 megapix not impressed at all not sharp either my mobile phone 8 megapix has better cam n fotos!! very disappointed from canon. we got twice canon products before and were perfect!”

“I'm very happy with my order from Fotosense. The items were excellent value and were delivered on time. Although one of the items was not quite as described when I ordered it, I contacted Fotosense and they responded immediately and offered a refund on the item - the customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Fotosense to others.”

“I ordered a Benro GH2 Gimbal Tripod Head. It was delivered within 5 days. The service I received was very efficient with regular updates about the progress of my order and the delivery. I have not fotosence before and would e happy to use them again.”

“Reasonably prompt delivery (although would have liked it a bit faster than 3 days), well packed. Had problems with the item however, presumably the manufacturer's fault not Fotosense. I advised them today, no quibbles, they will send new kit and collect the faulty item at the same time, so no problems there.”

“Good price, product (binoculars) was as expected. Only downside was slow delivery. They said 3-5 days but it was 9 days after I ordered that the item arrived. On the plus side it was Royal mail tracked and once it was dispatched I got updates from Royal mail about where it was.”

“I am happy with my purchase of a Sony lens for my camera. It arrived well packed and in good time, using the free delivery option. However, I was disappointed that FotoSense are not included in the Sony cash back offer, and feel both companies could have made this clearer at the time of purchase (it is buried in the t&c of the Sony offer!).”
