“I had good advice on your Barr & Stroud binoculars from the young man I first spoke to (sorry I did not get staff names) and the bins I ordered arrived promptly. I decided to return them and upgrade to a better type and spoke to a young lady who was not really up to speed so I phoned again and got my original young man who was most helpful, Again, the replacement bins arrived on time. I am pleased with the bins and service and would be happy to recommend Fotosense for good service at competitive prices”

“Ordering the camera and 16 gig card was pleasant and easy , the camera came when the chap said it would , one small hiccup the 16 gig card and the 3 year warranty did not come with the camera . A phone call resolved that issue , it was ordered near a bank holiday !!! Camera looks lovely but at 73 years old ( me not the camera ) it will take me some time to get used to it . “Excellent price for the items I bought, sadly I can’t drop half a star, (it would have been 4.5), because the order was split in two and I’d not been told that one of the three items in the order would be despatched later. I would not hesitate to buy from the retailer again.”

“A great price and reasonably quick shipping. The tracking number supplied with my email notification was incorrect and when I raised a ticket to question this I was told there was no tracking facility with my order. Odd. I would happily use fotoSENSE again and indeed am about to buy a camera backpack from them. Good Pricing and reasonably quick service.”

“Ordered in item which was out of stock. Had to wait best part of 3 months for delivery. I was kept advised all along and had the option to cancel. Now delivered and very attractive purchase price was honoured. I'm Happy!”

“Generally a vey good experience although the search engine could be better as I had to put in the exact description for my cokin filter set as the engine did not find it when I simply put in "cokin filter set" and the list that was produced did not show the landscape kit I wanted. Other than that, the site is good and was the cheapest I could find on the web and this was the case with other items I searched, for possible future purchases. Delivery was spot on as well. Would recommend to anyone and I will definately use again. Well done Fotosense.”

“My order was placed Tue 10 Mar with 3-5 day delivery specified and confirmation was received stating "Once package ships, e-mail will be sent with a link to track order". Notification received Thu 12 Mar that order was being processed and should be dispatched 13 Mar. E-mail received Tue 17 Mar notifying that order was shipped by Second Class Recorded and a tracking number was supplied. This was 7 days after placing the order and there was no link to track the order. Order received Thu 19 Mar which was 9 days after placing the order. I was very satisfied with the items eventually received as ordered and the price paid but a little disappointed in the time taken for delivery against that specified which coupled with a gap in correspondence and no tracking link led to an anxious period. This is the only reason I've rated 4 star instead of 5 star.”

“The Interfit lighting kit was easy to order and was delivered promptly with good meassage updates showing progress. The kit is good and easy to use. However the box stated it came with a carrying bag, but there was no bag in the box. First I emailed Fotosense, but no reply after a week. Then I phoned Fotosense and was asked to send a photo of the box, and someone would get back to me to resolve the issue that day. No reply and I am still waiting for the carrying bag.”

“The ONA bag I ordered appeared to be in stock at time of ordering, but I was then informed that it was infact no longer in stock. I had the option to cancel my order and receive a full refund, but decided to wait. Fotosense kept me regularly updated upon the delivery time as the item had to be shipped from the USA. I received the bag yesterday and I am very happy. I would recommend FotoSense to others based upon my experience.”
