“Just bought a BARR & STROUD SIERRA 12 X 50 to upgrade from zoom bino. Happy with "FOTOSENSE" price for this. They're the cheapest of all! Thanx! Only not fast enough 3-5 days delivery. Otherwise, all happy!”

“The items arrived in good time. Some of the items were lightweight and not able to handle the job (eg the bracket on the boom arm struggles to hold the weight of the lights). The backdrops are excellent value.”

“The Instax mini 8 was a bit cheaper on fotosense compared to other sites. I paid for next day delivery as it was a present and it came bang on time. This is the first time I have shopped with fotosense and had a great experience, would definitely buy from them again.”

“Ordering was easy, but said would be dispatch on a particular day with notifying email. however it was not dispatched that day. Phoned up several days later and spoke to someone who said order delayed because waiting for an item to come in, but would be dispatched that day, which it was. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful and explained the problem. If they had send an email to explain delay initially it would have been 5*.”

“Ordered replacement UV flash unit for Bowens 500R. Price was very competitive, item came promptly and was securely wrapped. Excellent service yet to use so can't review until it is in the unit, once existing flash is finished.”

“I have bought from them a couple of times. A bit pedantic when there are problems and not very reassuring initially. You get a blow by blow account of discussions they have with suppliers. Better to say up front if they will sort things with a rough deadline on when. All said though I'll use then again. For a very reasonable consideration I'll write some customer care protocols for them to assure 5 star rating. Ned Ward”

“Easy and simple to order online, customer service via email very good, delivery on time and was able to rearrange delivery with the delivery co. direct, I would use these guys again”

“Prompt delivery and the products were well-packaged so did not come to any harm. However, the packaging for the camera batteries were extremely difficult to get into and I ended up cutting my finger on a piece of sharp clear plastic. Not Fotosense's fault but maybe they can feed back to SOny that the packaging is a health and safety risk!”
