“Liked: -good price for a B+W filter -correct item description -prompt delivery Disliked: -it wasn't possible to place an order online -website always tried to add a shipment cost despite the "free delivery" tag under item description”

“Prices were amazing however they were having difficulty sourcing the particular model I wanted - it had said available when I ordered so not sure why they weren't already onsite. It wasn't until I contacted to see when it was being despatched that I found this out so changed the model. Saying that once it was despatched it came through very quickly. Overall a good experience.”

“Website stock check was bad however i was emailed regarding the delay and they refunded and upgraded my postage. Product arrived 2 days later was packaged well very happy”

“Bought a bundle - camera & spare battery. Unfortunately wrong battry despatched. Replacement battery & prepaid label for return of unwanted battery provided as soon as the problem advised to fotosense. Good customer service.”

“I ordered two filters. One arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The other had gone out of stock and hence was not dispatched. Fotosense were very helpful when I rang to query the situation and I easily cancelled my order for the missing filter when I realised it would not arrived quickly enough for my needs.”
