“I purchased the Gopro extended space back door pack as I've added a REMOVU blue tooth microphone and amplifier for the go pro camera Purchase was straight forward and they do what they are meant to do it took two days before items were dispatched.”

“There are a couple of negative reviews around for these guys but my experience has been a good one. Despite my email spam filter hoovering up the order and despatch confirmations, everything was smooth. I used the online chat to get confirmation of the order (before finding the email in the Junk folder!) and service was very good. Have since ordered more from them.”

I sent an email via your website to query non-delivery, and got a courteous response, letting me know of the situation. The binoculars eventually arrived, and I received an email from your despatch dept letting me know.”

“Ordered a Manfrotto tripod with one week to go before going on holiday. 3 days in and not having received a dispatched email i tried ringing twice but got no answer. Whilst looking on the website a chat box appeared so i asked about my order. At the same time i received an email from DPD and it arrived the next day. Happy with my product - well packaged and DPD had excellent tracking. I was worried about no phone service.”

“Purchase and delivery were both good . The definitely genuine brand new product did not have a seal on the box or inner packing and had a 25% charge . I queried it and am happy that all is fine and the battery due to it's potentially dangerous nature and that it was sent through the post ( " hazard " ) was tested beforehand , the same used to be done when purchasing a lightbulb from a specialist lighting shop on the high street to check it worked ok . Price was lower than main competitors . A nice lady explained all to me and I am very satisfied with fotoSENSE's integrity . I would buy from them again , recommended .”

“Item exactly as described and price-matched to nearest UK competitor. Delivery within 7 days of order (standard postal service selected) where only issue was my name was missing from the postal mark on the front of the parcel! Well packaged though, thanks very much”
