“Not the cheapest price on the market but with possible delivery the next day. The camera is great and the price for additional films is very competitive. Overall great offer and very wide range of possibilities for deliveries.”

“The camera battery could not be delivered at the time originally promised and took about a month longer. However I was twice given the option to cancel, postage was refunded, and I was kept informed as to the status of my order so I feel that Fotosense did their best to get the battery to me and that the long delay was probably due to circumstances beyond their control.”

“I had not understood properly how the delivery date system worked and so ordered almost too late to receive camera batteries before I went away. My (panic) e-mail was promptly answered. The order arrived very late on the day before I left the country. I was impressed at the way fotosense responded and the kind wording in the e-mail. I shall certainly use them again. BA.”

“Competitive pricing, goods delivered as expected and would use again for sure. Only reason for not being 5 stars is that delivery took a fraction longer than expected - just a day or so. Would be good if they could do next day shipping or guaranteed delivery within three days. Other than that, excellent.”

“I bought the Linkstar Softbox SLB-4545 for Camera Flash Gun. The price was excellent. It arrived well packaged and so intact. I removed the various parts from the packaging and began assembling the softbox. I have never wrestled with an octopus but, after having figured out how to fit the spring arms into the fabric of the softbox, I felt that I had. I had gone onto YouTube, hoping to find a video explaing the softbox assembly but there was nothing useful to be found. The trick is to place the ring head in the aperture of the softbox and then place the spring arms inside the softbox and attach them to the (in situ) ring head, then fit the outer legs into their respective fabric tubes at the edge of the softbox hood. There are two black velcro patches forming two of the arm retaining tubes - pull these out to their full extent. This gives a little more leeway in fitting the arms, then push the velcro strips back into their original place. It killed an hour. I like the shape of the softbox, rectangular, so I can shape the light. The metalwork forming the head is supplied with an additional 1/4" Whitworth scre, so it will enable a Pocketwizard radio flash trigger to be mounted behind the flash. Nice touch. Great kit but please save others the grief that I had by placing a video of assembling the softbox on YouTube. The second time of assembling it is, of course, quick and easy to do I hope this is useful.”

“I was delivered the right product for the agreed price. The courier kept in touch with me via text and did exactly what they said they would. They also gave me options to change the delivered time and date or I could pick my tripod up at the local depot if I wanted. I am very happy with the tripod and am looking forward to using it. I would use fotosense again.”
