“Delivery took a little longer than I thought it would because item wasn't in stock, but happy with the item. Delivery was prompt once in stock. Very happy with price. Good service and am happy to recommend fotosense.”

“I recently bought a Fujifilm EX-20 flash unit from Fotosense. The transaction was easy, and delivery was very quick. The flash unit arrived in good condition and had been extremely well packed by Fujifilm and well wrapped by Fotosense. It is very well built and has all the functions I require. As I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, I have given it 4 stars. However, I suspect that, once used, it will earn the full five stars. I cannot fault the service that Fotosense have given, which is worth 5 stars itself. I would recommend this retailer”

“Bought Pentax lens - best price, with free UV filter included. Appears not to have been in stock so had to wait a few days while one was obtained and dispatched. However, arrived day after dispatch, well packed and perfect. Well done Fotosense.”

“The tripod+head I bought is very good, brand famous for the quality. The price, comparing to other suppliers, is reasonable too, especially with 5% discount. They didn't have the tripod in stock, which wasn't mentioned on the website, and is why I took off 1 star. But the problem was sorted. This is not first time I buy photography equipment from this company and will do it again. They proved to be very reliable.”

“Although the choice is limited on the website I ordered filter systems and they were delivered very quickly. Quality of the product is good. Please increase the range of products available as I would definitely use Fotosense again for the right product.”

“Ordered a photographers hide over the phone. Website would not work for payment. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Ordering by phone was really easy. Very friendly and helpful. Item was delivered within the right timeframe and quickly. The courier sent an email to say delivery would be within a specific hour on a specific day.... And it arrived bang on time. Excellent!”
