“The product (a special door handle) was not in stock. I received an email advising that it was being obtained from the supplier and would be forwarded in 1-2 days. In fact, I received the door handle within 48 hours from its order! This is the second order I've placed with Frank Howard and have found the service and delivery timescale to be exceptional. Well Done!!”

“I purchased 3 diamond tapered guide rods and was sent 1 when I inquired was told that their was a shortage and they send out on Tuesday in march? No sign of them called again left message no reply, still waiting NOT happy BAD costumer service”

“Excellent customer service! I accidently double purchased an item from Frank Howard. I emailed them straight away to explain my error, and by the next morning a refund was in progress, even though I was at fault! My order was delivered earlier than expected, packaged very securely- bubble wrapped, boxed, then bubble wrapped again, then put in a bubble wrap envelope. I came across Frank Howard through Google- searching for building materials for my son that has started an apprenticeship. They came up as the cheapest, and they don't disappoint on service either. 5 stars from me!! The first time I've ever used Frank Howard.”

“Best price, next day delivery and the most epic of drain cleaning attachments on the nilfisk washer - cleared a kitchen drain a major company had tried and failed to clear and advised we needed to spend £00s getting it professionally power cleaned. This is 1/5 of the c... p that got blasted out! Company and washer highly recommended”
