"Free prints overcharged me, I was ment to be charged 3 pounds buy was charged 7 and they cancelled by order on the 7th of Feb and promised a refund! But 2 weeks later I still haven't received my refund and they are saying no money was taken out my account despite me providing proof of payment and money being taken out my account! Now they are saying I'm not going to get a refund or credit, but earlier in the week they promised me a full refund. They have bad customer service, and don't take you seriously. Still haven't gotten me refund, as they are denying I was charged for the order even though it was authorised and charged by my bank!"

"I ordered a book from Free Prints as a gift for my 50th college reunion. I paid $20 for a large book so that it could have a title spin. The book arrived with an error in the words clsss and reunion which I reviewed and saw printed correctly on my order. I alerted the company and the only refunded $2.95 for a souvenir book that is useless. Also, some of my classmates were cut out of the cover photo. Just poor quality of the book and terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company!"
