I made several successful investments with this broker Netteler before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. But All thanks to, Mac Wiki for helping recover all my losses  back  '' macwiki @ proton. me '' am currently investing with bofa { bank of america } because they are reliable. is better to invest with your banks than investing online in an online broker it make people to lose there hard earn funds life is too short to lose your savings. God help us all.

I decided to go with freedom brokers after buying my car 4 days later my car got stolen. My insurance included a telematics device I phoned the freedom to drive telematics company to tell them I had no car so could not put device in if I had no car. Constantly sent emails telling me to put device in car or my insurance would be canceled. Given millions of numbers and policy numbers and reference numbers. 17 hours one day trying to get my head around everything. I am now 9 days in with this company and still nowhere. My car was bought on finance so owe them too and no doubt there will be costs with this company too. I too will be considering going to the ombudsman.

Despite being a hoax, the company has fake positive ratings everywhere. Withhold funds from this broker. They kept all of my money for three months after I paid it to them. When I refused, I was asked to make more deposits, and the next day, my account was blocked. A C T *I * N V ST * C O * M helped me get my investment and profit back in a matter of days. If you're having the same issue as me, you should give them a try.

They renewed my insurance and took payment from bank account without my permission. After a series of emails and calls Now offering a limited refund due to administrative reasons. They certainly do not come across as a credible company focused on proving good customer care. Extortionists of your money be careful .

It has come to the notice of authorities that many unregulated companies are using clone websites to target citizens and hence it has issued a warning to all traders not to deal with any unregulated companies and not to be lured by their false propaganda of unrealistic returns on investments, and not to fall in their trap. Their advertisements can be mouthwatering, but at the end of the day they will run off with your capital too. Thanks to COVSECLTD.COM they helped me recovery my lost funds

We tried to insure our van, after about 3 weeks of being with Freedom they have decided to request for documents, they wanted to see the log book driving licences of all the drivers and our national insurance numbers, when I tried asking why they needed all these documents they gave no response and cancelled our policy, we then cancelled the direct debit payment at our bank, within a few hours they had re-established the direct debit again without authority from us, I then tried to chat with them on-line, whenever I leave a message the system informed me that their office is now closed, anyone who is thinking of using this firm DO NOT, they will give you unwanted stress and headaches

The woman I spoke to on the Devices helpline was brilliant. She talked me through the App installation ( you have an issue with the ‘username’ prompt; up to that point there isn’t one, so it should ask for you to create one) which then worked. She checked the device I had ( I described it) and suggested I had another go at installing it, with some useful advice. It worked. The email confirmation that it was installed came through within 10-15 minutes. Thank you. Louise

1 star at its best, have just increased our monthly DD a week after we claimed for a cracked windscreen which we paid our excess on which has also increased. Since when is this normal in all our motoring history of claims your insurance will increase at renewal and not 5 months in?? Cannot see anything on the email policy Cant speak to anyone everyone just passes you around takes ages to answer frustrated is an understatement will ring the ombudsman if no joy!

Have an issue with our black box (Insurance through RAC / Freedom are the brokers). RAC not interested in trying to help. Have referred me to Freedom. Constant calls but I'm permanently on hold. AWFUL service. Will be checking they're not involved when I come to renew my insurance with someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our vehicle was hit on a Tesco Car Park, luckily we weren't in the car. The driver sped off but one of the Tesco Staff photographed him and took his registration number and the police traced him. Our vehicle was assessed and we were informed that it would be written off. We had 5 years no claims and had paid extra for no claims protection and legal aid. Once we'd purchased a similar vehicle, same make, same year, we contacted Freedom Brokers to transfer the policy to the new vehicle they refused to do it. They even lied and said they hadn't received any claim from us but we had the number that we had rung on the day so we rang it again and they admitted that they worked on behalf of Freedom Brokers. Now we had to go online and find alternative insurance and low and behold the cheapest policy was £230 per month against about £70 previously. About a week later we went on Freedom Brokers website and suddenly they could now insure us - at the higher rate that we were now paying! So we contacted the Financial Ombudsman who mucked around for months and then said that they had no case to answer, they couldn't ascertain who was the actial Insurance Company. Freedom Brokers is owned by the same people that own Action 365 Ltd, they are the same Directors. They claim that the policy is underwritten by another Company called Musgrove based in the Channel Islands. We contacted them and they said they wouldn't deal with Action 365. So obviously what they've done is put something negative on the insurance database which is just a ploy to force up the policy cost. BE WARNED DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been a customer of Freedom brokers for 2 years without a single claim. They offered me a renewal of quote for £150 more than the previous year. I tried to get in touch with them over a period of 3 days, with no call backs when we got cut off. I tried to pay for the renewal online multiple times with no luck as I kept on getting kicked off their online payment system saying "try again". I finally got in touch with freedom brokers with my quote to pay £890 and about to pay and got cut off again. I phoned back on the day of my insurance expiry and continued to get cut off their line (I called from a landline and my mobile) after the 4th attempt within an hour and lots of long holds and repetitive personal information handed over on the day of my policy expiry I got in touch with the final new customer service agent and the insurance policy suddenly shot up to £1160 from the £890 half an hour previoulsy. I find this extortionate and unfair that I attempted to get in touch and tried to call multiple times before the insurance expiry date. Especially as a long standing customer that pays in full with absolutely no claims whatsoever. They were completely unable to budge on the price and held strong to take more money from me unnecessarily. A big bully company that don't care about their loyal customers. Utterly furious!

Incompetent, arrogant consultants and useless complaints team. This company is unprofessional and only good at charging cancellation fees when you want to cancel because they know they are the worst insurance company. **NB Please stay away from this company if you don't want stress and headaches. I don't recommend at ALL!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Absolutely incompetent and customer service is a disgrace. My van insurance auto renewed in January. In the week leading up to the renewal I had a bump in my personal car which at first wasn’t going to go through insurance as the lady that was involved didn’t want to go through insurance My van renewed with freedom then on 7th feb I get an email informing me that my insurance will be cancelled on the 14th feb. I got in touch with freedom on live chat and on the phone not one person could tell me why it was going to be cancelled. Days of phone calls and live chat and and told I would be phoned back numerous times by a manager which never happened a total inconvenience to myself as trying to work and sort it out. I finally got in contact with the underwriters who told me I had a claim that I should have told them about even though the claim was on my car and happened after the van renewal. On the 13th feb I was told the insurance wouldn’t be cancelled and I think that was that and the end of it. Then I get an email saying to contact them I got in contact on live chat and was told someone would ring me back. Guess what I never got the call. And then yesterday 7th march I get an email saying a change to my policy. So I get in contact again and was assured my monthly payments would be £157. Then 12 hours later I get an email from premium credit saying my monthly payment have gone up to £311. So I get in contact again and nobody is any help all they say I can log a complaint or cancel the insurance at a massive cost to myself.The people you speak to have broken English it’s a clown show from top to bottom. They lie about sending emails and tell you to I look in junk folder. Also had all the wrong details on my online account had a complete wrong email address for me when I changed it they charged me £25! I will be taking them to the ombudsman. STAY CLEAR OF THEM ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

After having a clean slate for 32 years, they cancelled my policy without notification as the telematics box was faulty. I only found out when I logged on to the portal to get the policy number. AVOID AT ALL COST. Please pay a bit extra and get a decent policy. Also, they failed to reply to emails. I have written to them again, and If they do not reply I will take it up with the insurance ombudsman.

i just got a email out of the blue from freedom brokers to tell me they will not be renewing my car insurance, ive got the black box insurance and all year i was rated very good and excellent on my car driving by them every month for a year and saying i could be getting a discount on renewal, yeah right, they left me well in the lurch with my car MOT almost due so i could have done without the extra cost of taking out another policy else where and having to find the 1st down payment as always pay monthly, so no i wont be having this insurers again and i will certainly will tell others to avoid at all costs thankyou miss r wiggin

How do these people sleep at night ? Avoid or suffer the consequences, one of the worst experiences of my life. After the attempted theft of my vehicle I reported this to Freedom brokers who then passed me to action 365 who then passed me to there other company PUKKA insurance, I say pukka when they should be called something that sounds similar but not as pleasant. To explain fully my experience with them would be like writing a book, But the short version is that I ended up having to arrange recovery myself / arrange the repairs myself and pay the bills. Pukka , action 365 and freedom all in it together To rub salt into the wounds when the insurance with them was due to end and I tried to renew insurance with another company I was informed by me potential brokers I had a claim outstanding for £ 1,200 With pukka , I then eventually managed to speak to a claims advisor for action 365 who confirmed this lie . I’ve never received a single penny from this company in fact it cost me over £ 1,550.00 to get my van back on the road and now my insurance history record shows as : Vandalism claim £ 1,200 . How they get away with this kind of behaviour I can’t understand, I can only put this terrible experience down to my own stupidity in not looking into the company before insuring through them. I can only hope that my and many others reviews will help save a lot of time , anxiety and money for others.
